If you can’t decide, this is the one you want. It’ll break down a chicken, peel an apple, and slice vegetables so thin you can see through them. It’s a little bit shorter than its big brother and ground just a bit (seriously, just a bit) thicker to handle a little heavier work. This is a true all-arounder and might end up being the only knife you need in the kitchen.
